How to Book
Booking is simple!
You can either book online at on online schedule (click here to book), or you can call or text 778-760-4971 and our admin team can help get you booked in.
Intake Forms
Getting Started
After you book online, you will automatically be sent some intake forms via the Jane Booking App (look for the “Thanks for Booking” email). This email will prompt you to fill out some intake & consent forms which we kindly request you have completed before you attend your appointment. If they aren’t filled out beforehand, we may ask you to fill them out upon arrival which could take up some of your scheduled appointment time.
Pre & Post Treatment Care
Preparation & Aftercare
Depending on what service you booked, we may request you take extra care before or after your treatment. You can find more information about what care is required on the individual service pages for the following treatments:

Located inside the POrtia Ella Storefront, at Orchard plaza

We are operating inside Portia Ella‘s retail location in Orchard Park Plaza across the street from the mall. We are located directly to the left of Rocky Mountain Fitness just down the plaza from MEC and Save On Foods. When you arrive for your appointment you can head right into the back of the shop & Dr. Alana will come out to greet you.

There is plenty of parking available inside the Orchard Plaza.

Cancellation Policy
Need to change your appointment?
Your appointment time is held just for you! Late cancellations leave a hole in your practitioner’s day. With that in mind, we kindly request a 2 business days heads up for any cancellations or changes to your appointment time. Cancellations that occur within the 2 business day window will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment
Payment options
Payment is due at the time of the service. You are welcome to e-transfer, pay via credit card or for Naturopathic Services we are able to do direct billing to most extended insurance plans. Upon booking you will be emailed a link to an intake form to collect your insurance information, please have that filled out prior to your appointment should you like us to bill your plan directly.
More in depth payment information will be provided upon booking. We kindly request a credit card on file for security purposes. You can add your credit card information to your profile on Jane using this link.
