Yes, for Naturopathic Services (Naturopathic consultations, treatments, acupuncture, cupping, etc.), we can direct bill to most extended insurance providers. Upon booking you will be sent a direct billing intake form via the Jane Booking app (look for the “Thanks for Booking” email). In order for us to do direct billing, we need that form to be filled out prior to your appointment.

We can accept payment via e-transfer, credit card, or visa debit card. You can pay online via the Jane app, or we can take payment in person.

Yes! We do sometimes offer promotions for our aesthetic services. We encourage you to sign up to our email list to get notified when we have promotions running.

Need to change your appointment?

Your appointment time is held just for you! Late cancellations leave a hole in your practitioner’s day. With that in mind, we kindly request a 2 business days heads up for any cancellations or changes to your appointment time. Cancellations that occur within the 2 business day window will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Absolutely! It takes about 2 weeks for your final results to become visible, so we encourage all patients to book in for a 5 minute video consult approximately 2 weeks following your appointment. At this appointment Dr. Alana will take a look and discuss any concerns, and then together you can decide if a retouch appointment is needed. Click here to book a video check in appointment.
